    Multiple Analysis. Empty Multiple Analysis.

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 1:03 am

Well here we Post movesets we think people may like or that people should use.
Please go to the Team Topic, for full Original teams.

    Multiple Analysis. 195
    Quagsire (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Unaware
    EVs: 252 HP / 124 Def / 132 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Recover
    - Stockpile
    - Toxic/Safeguard
    - Waterfall/Earthquake
This thing is a MONSTER, after 3 Stockpiles all his Defences are above the 400.
BAcked up by Recover and Toxic no one will be able to do anything, yay.
You can then use Waterfall to chip away HP little by little.
Safeguard can be used for Protection to Status instead of Toxic
Other moves that could be used well are: Encore, Yawn and Curse.
Edit# Watch out for Leaves falling by...

Well now that ive posted mine as a Example I expect you guys to do the same:)

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Sigilyph.

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 1:06 am

    We all know him, Sigilyph.
    Well here it is:D
    Multiple Analysis. 561
    Sigilyph (M) @ Flame Orb
    Trait: Magic Guard
    EVs: 252 HP / 72 Def / 184 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Cosmic Power
    - Psycho Shift
    - Roost
    - Stored Power

Simple to use, hard to kill.
Cosmic Power and Psycho shift make a great combination.
Roost when needed and when youre powerfull enough, BAMF Stored Power.
This set hates Sableye and Houndoom.
    Keep out of them

Quagsire seems perfect, if not killed before stockpile, hes dead. And sigilyph seems to be an ideal attack cutting walling pokemon. Nice work!

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Latias

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 1:11 am

God I love this thing so much..
    Its almost weird.
    Multiple Analysis. 380
    Latias (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 228 Def / 16 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Recover
    - Calm Mind
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Refresh/Hidden Power(Fire)
While having 300 in both Defences and 364 HP , latias has great stats for walling.
Using Calm Mind and Recover to get to a +2 or higher and then Spamming Dragon Pulse, hits hard.
Refresh and Hidden Power can both be used, I prefer Refresh over Hp.
I get Toxic'd alot by walls who try to stall me, perfect cuz they cant.
Just make sure to have something to kill steel types in your team and you are ready to roll

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Suicune

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 1:16 am

Hmmm all my Movesets seem to be Walls.
Well this thing here is more of a Tank.
Taking hits with her 341 Defence and KO'ing back is really nice.
    Multiple Analysis. 245
    Suicune @ Leftovers
    Trait: Water Absorb
    EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Scald
    - Calm Mind
    - Ice Beam
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
Well after a Calm mind, most attacks wont hurt anymore.
Scald for stab mainly and the burning Chance for stalling and crippling Physical attackers.
Ice Beam to kill Grass and Dragons , who other wise live trough Scald.
Hidden power fire is mainly for Ferrothorn and Scizor on this set who try to set up on him.
Hidden power Elec can be used if your team isnt afraid of these two.

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Registeel

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 1:22 am

This was actually the star of my UU team a few months ago.
So I decided to post it.
With those damn base 150 in all defences and the steel typing..
    Multiple Analysis. 379
    Doorbutton
    (Registeel) @ King's Rock
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Stealth Rock
    - Thunder Wave
    - Rock Polish/Seismictoss
    - Iron Head
It might seem weird at first, but.. If you lead with this thing, and get a Thunder wave and spam Iron Head with that attack and That Kings Rock.. They Flinch, and hard.
Rock Polish on the turn after T-wave is fun to outspeed alot and T-wave the next switch in to proceed Flinching, and cause many ragequits.
Seismictoss could be used for when you are out of Iron Head, after that Registeel is kinda...useless.
It could run a Explosion to for Rock Polish.

Registeel can nullify all pokemon on a team with thuner wave, and king's rock to flinch them from doing anything also helps while seismic toss can take out walls. Good job! :D

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Spiritomb

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 1:26 am

Well PainSplitting Spiritomb isnt weird to see, but this set fits on alot of teams actually , so here it is.
    Multiple Analysis. 442
    Spiritomb (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Infiltrator
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 108 Def / 144 SDef
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Shadow Sneak/Sucker Punch
    - Protect
    - Toxic/Wil o wisp
    - Pain Split

Well a Pain splitting set with Priority and Toxic/WoW?
    Perfect for Spiritomb.
Toxic is perfectfor stalling away HP, while using Priority to Chip Away some HP.
and WoW is sometimes prefered if you have a Phisycal weak team.
Keep him out of Sableye and Genger tough.
    Shame I can't find a shiny sprite.

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Sceptile

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 1:37 am

Here are two movesets gonna be posted but, only from Sceptile.
Sceptile was once the Second fastest UU pokemon in gen 4, only outsped and also OHKO'd by Swellow.
Well now that DW came, Sceptile got Unburden.
    Multiple Analysis. 254
    Sceptile (M) @ Grass Gem/Flight Gem
    Trait: Unburden
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Acrobatics
    - Leaf Blade
    - Swords Dance/Dragon Claw
    - Earthquake

There it is, Cappable to Outspeed alot in UU and OHKOing with Leaf Blade to trigger the Unburden boost setting it at 678 speed, which no other Pokemon can reach(unboosted)Even Dory in Sand can't:)
Well Flight Gem Acrobatics are used in the same way.
EQ is here for Coverage as it is a great attack and with Sceptile's 295 attack stat not that bad.
You can choose for Dragon Claw and SD here, but you mostly dont get a SD in.
Well that was the Physical set

    Here comes the Special one

    Sceptile (M) @ White Herb
    Trait: Unburden
    EVs: 116 HP / 252 SAtk / 140 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Leaf Storm
    - Energy Ball/Giga Drain
    - Focus Blast
    - Hidden Power [Fire]

Leaf Storm + White herb + Unburden= very very strong.
Leaf storm being a powerfull stab to and capable OHKO'ing alot.
The Evs here are diffrend from the Physical set, still able to outspeed UU's most common sweepers and to OHKO them with Leaf Storm.
Well Giga Drain or Energy ball that all up to you.
I prefer Energy ball for the power it has, its not like Sceptile will survive many hits.
Focus blast is needed for coverage.
Hidden power Fire is for everything resisting Grass and Fight.

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Cleric Blissey

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 9:32 am

Yes , a Blissey set made for Healing the rest of the team.
With his Awesome huge sp Defence and Immense HP stat Blissey can heal most of the team with Heal Bell and Wish.
Chansey can run these sets to with easy since gen 5 gave us a Eviolite.
    Multiple Analysis. 242Multiple Analysis. 113
    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers/Eviolite(Chansey version).
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef or 252 Def / 4 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk) or Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Wish
    - Safeguard/Flamethrower
    - Thunder Wave/Flamethrower
    - Heal Bell

Well Wish to heal the Pokemons and Healbell.
Safeguard is an option to Provide a little bit more of Healing, and Flamethrower can be used so you dont get shut by Taunt.
Thunder Wave fits Blissey/Chansey well, the speed stopping helps sweepers alot to get up a sweep.
A lot of sweepers want Thunderwave support, so using Safeguard becomes harder then.
Of course you could run 4 "Suporting" attacks but you will get shut by Taunt what in case of a Last pokemon battle, is never nice.

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Shaymin

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 9:36 am

Ok, Shaymins 404 HP and huge Defence give it the Opportunity to heal, and subseed.
Pack a Seed Flare for Huge damage and sometimes a -2SP defence loss.
    Multiple Analysis. 492
    Shaymin @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Aromatherapy
    - Substitute
    - Leech Seed
    - Seed Flare

The Defences can be Swapped, for what you team likes more.
Aromatherapy is perfect to save the team from Status.
SubSeed gives him a opportunity to switch out and heal.
even a Unboosted Seed Flare hurts like hell..
    So cutee<3

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Accelgor

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 9:44 am

Fast, great attacks for Coverage and Unburden.
Accelgor is a great pokemon for a UU team that needs a Speedy Sp attacker.
    Multiple Analysis. 617
    Accelgor (M) @ Bug Gem
    Trait: Unburden
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd or Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Bug Buzz
    - Energy Ball
    - Focus Blast
    - Hidden Power [Fire]

The Bug Buzz to trigger the Explosive speed on accelgor is really nice, and with the unburden boost a Modest Accelgor sits at 776 Speed :O:O thats...immense.
After that no Pokemon in he whole game, not even Jolly Deoxy-S can outspeed you anymore.
The other 3 attacking moves provide Coverage.

I have seen Lead accelgor, and I made a set for that to.

    Accelgor (M) @ Focus Sash
    Trait: Unburden
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Yawn/Encore
    - Protect
    - Bug Buzz
    - Spikes

Spikes are lesser used then Stealth rocks of course but they still give some Damage.
It usually gets atleast 2 layers in, and with the unburden Sash boosting to 776 Speed the next spikes will always be there.
Bug Buzz kills of Espeon wich is nice, Protect is used for a Yawn Combination.
It gets Encore to, wich can be used instead of Yawn.
This set will probably have its best use when Game Freak releases DW Accelgor
The Team previeuw in WiFi will get you the Advantage of knowing if Espeon is there to OHKO it with Bug Buzz

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Bastiodon

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 10:15 am

    Next one coming up: Bastiodon.
Having Immense Defence and a Terrible typing, shared with aggron he seems like a weird choice.
Well his Defences and This typing can be used to Troll other leads, Sweepers and use Stealth Rocks.
    Multiple Analysis. 411
    Bastiodon (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Stealth Rock
    - Metal Burst
    - Taunt
    - Roar
Sturdy goes on everything, with the Sturdy you can Phaze things like Gyarados and such.
This of course needs Rapid Spin support.
Stealth Rocks, they give that little damage, why not?
And then the Main Card of this set, Metal Burst.
Metal burst is like Mirror Coat and Counter in one! Except almost.
Mirror Coat and Counter do the Damage at x2 backbouncin, Metal burst does this at x1.5 Still, a Pokemon at only 75% of his HP will be KO'd when Bastiodon takes 48% Damage.
The Evs in this set give him: 324 HP, 404 Defence and 378 Special Defence.
You can Play around with the Defences until you find something you like better, or fits your team better.

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Flareon(?)

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 10:23 am

Yes Flareon, a Perfect pokemon for NU.
And since GameFreak decided to troll us some more, they made a Guts Pokemon THAT CANT BE BURNED.
Some times I wonder who the smart one is here..
    Multiple Analysis. 136
    Flareon (M) @ Toxic Orb
    Trait: Guts
    EVs: 144 HP / 112 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Detect/Protect
    - Fire Fang/Flame Charge/Flare Blitz(no)
    - Wish/Rock Smash
    - Facade

Haha, no no Flareblitz for you Flareon, maybe next gen.
Well Flareon has Protect/Detect to Trigger the Toxic Orb.
Protect and Wish are a nice Combination to and Wish can be used to heal both Flareon and his Team mates.
Normal and Fire give pretty good Coverage, except for Rock types.
A Water/Grass/Fight Pokemon is needed by Flareon.
Rock Smash can be used over Wish if you want to be a Full Out attacker , if you decide to do that, you might want to run 252 Attack Ev's.
Fire Fang or Flame Charge? well both are Good and Fire Fang can both Flinch and Burn. Flame Charge raises your speed , with Flareon sitting at 229 speed in this set, you might Consider it.
It's a Shame that Flareon lost Super Power in the Gen shift, other wise a all out mixed attacker set would be great.
Flareon can use Baton Pass instead of a attack to, combined with Flame Charge.
Bite is an Option over Protect in a all out set, Same for Wish and Dig.

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Sharpedo

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 10:31 am

A shark Pokemon with a Cool typing and Speed Boost?
Here it comes Jaws, wait no Sharpedo(DERP).
This gen Sharpedo got a Nice lil trick Speed Boostin.
Perfect for UU and not Broken like Blaziken.
Sharpedo looks like a Physical attacker, but works way better when Mixed.
    Multiple Analysis. 319
    Sharpedo (F) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Speed Boost
    EVs: 120 Atk / 252 SAtk / 136 Spd
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Protect
    - Hydro Pump/Surf
    - Crunch
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
Protect to trigger a speed boost and then just Sweep with your Awesome mixed Shark.
Crunch for a Main stab and great power, sitting at 306 attack it hurts like hell.
Hydro Pump and Surf, both strong, for those who dont like Hydro Pumps accuraxy loss use Surf.
Hydro Pump coming from 288 Sp attack? Hurts and with the speed boost almost always going First? Perfect.
Hidden Power Fire goes well with this set, as it kills the Grass and Steel types that Hydro Crunch can't.
you might want to give it a Rash nature to give Sharpedo a 316 Sp Attack, for more Power.

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Linoone

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 10:35 am

Cute Linoone, people may laugh when they see this as a Lead, but watch out.
Give him one turn of set up and you will be doomed.
    Multiple Analysis. 264
    Linoone (M) @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Gluttony
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Belly Drum
    - ExtremeSpeed
    - Shadow Claw
    - Seed Bomb
With Belly drum getting you to 50% hp wich makes it Vurnable for Mach Punch it may look stupid.
But with a Gluttony Salac berry getting you at +1 speed and Extreme speed, everyone unprepared will..die.
Shadow Claw to hit Ghosts who try to wall you, same for Seed Bomb but with Rock types.

Adamant and Jolly can be switched tough:)

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Drifblim

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 10:40 am

    yay a balloon pokemon.
Hmm.. What kind of sest would you run with him.
Pretty easy, Drifblim got Flare Boost and a Great Typing.
Being unable to get hit by Normal, Fight and Ground attacks it can be a good Switch in to trigger the Flame Orb.
    Multiple Analysis. 426
    Drifblim (M) @ Flame Orb
    Trait: Flare Boost
    EVs: 252 HP / 132 Def / 120 SAtk / 4 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Shadow Ball
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Thunderbolt

After one Calm mind your kinda set, perfect to kill everything.
Shadow ball is a great stab for Drifblim.
Thunderbolt and Hidden Power ice give Coverage.

    A great Pokemon for NU

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Zangoose

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 10:44 am

    Teehee a Toxic immume pokemon.
Except not, gen 5 made it so that he loves Poison.
Toxic Boost makes his attack get x1.5..
    Multiple Analysis. 335
    Zangoose (M) @ Toxic Orb
    Trait: Toxic Boost
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Close Combat/Brick Break/Double Kick
    - Protect/Swords Dance
    - Facade
    - Night Slash

Protect to trigger the Orb and then Sweep with Facade, Close Combat and Night Slash for Ghosts.
Brick break can be used Instead of CC , but the Power loss is annoying.
Swords Dance instead of Protect can work boosting your already high attack to a huge level.
To bad that he lost Fire Punch on the gen switch.

    Multiple Analysis. Empty Seviper

Post by MasterJoey Fri Aug 19, 2011 10:50 am

Since I did Zangoose, why not Seviper?
Seviper got a really nice move this gen, Coil.
A great Dragon Tailer in my opinion.
    Multiple Analysis. 336
    Seviper (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Shed Skin
    EVs: 212 HP / 88 Atk / 28 Def / 176 SDef / 4 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Rest
    - Coil
    - Dragon Tail
    - Glare

    RestSkin is always nice.
Coil when needed so to boost your Attack, Defence and Accuracy.
Dragon tail when you want to shuffle the Opponents team.
Glare can be used To Paralyze the opponents team and then shuffle with Dragon Tail.
The 4 Speed Evs are to outspeed other seviper running the same set. with its HP you can survice some hits:)
