It evolves from Frillish starting at level 40.

    Defense: 70
    Sp.Atk: 85
    Sp.Def: 105
    Speed: 60
    Total: 480

    Ability:
    Curse Body
    Water Absorb
    Damp

    Worthy Moves:
    Acid Armor
    Hydro Pump
    Toxic
    Recover
    Shadow Ball
    Taunt
    Scald
    Will-O-Wisp
    Substitute
    Hex

Jellicent's stats and movepool makes it a award winning choice for toxic stall.

It's ability to learn moves such as Taunt and Toxic + Its natural bulk, establishes Jellicent as a terrific pokemon to use in the OU metagame.

Its abilities, Water Aborb gives it significant counters to rain teams.

Also, Curse Body can provide a lock down that forces the opponent to switch out.

Overall Jellicent is a mighty fine choice for any team looking for a rain counter, a boost in special defensive bulk to their team, and a status inflictor. Even more to it's already stated usefulness it boast immunity to 3 types, Fight, Water, and Normal
    .

Devil, I have been using the WoW set for a couple of battles now.
And it is awesome, even tyranitars stay away from it once they see it has wow.
    Unexpected taunts were really fun.
    Great job:D

Good analysis, but you seem to have forgotten the most effective and surprising of all Ev spreads:
    Jellicent @ Leftovers
    252 Hp, 160 Def, 92 SPEED
    Bold Nature
    Water Absorb
    -Will-O-Wisp
    -Taunt
    -Recover
    -Surf/Shadow Ball

92 speed evs may look strange, but it can outspeed and Taunt 1 speed ev Skarmory, therefore preventing a Spikes/Stealth Rock layer on the switch. Since you already have W-o-w, you dont need Scald anymore, either Surf or Shadow Ball depending on your team. Surf however is preferred in the Rain to trigger the rain boost.

I didn't really leave them out, its just because some people like to put their remaining 4 or 8 evs in speed and that would ruin the whole thing.
