    Electivire (Analysis)

Post by sceptileraikou on Fri Aug 19, 2011 11:03 pm

Electivire, the physical of the duo.

    Electivire (M/F) @ Air Balloon
    Trait: Motor Drive
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SAtk)
    -Wild Charge/Thunderpunch
    -Ice Punch
    -Cross Chop

Electivire is a very good lead. You can fool many people who don't read so well, and get their ground type with ice punch while they try to use earthquake. In a double or triple battle he can be easily set up to be boosted with discharge. If so, give him an adamant nature, to deal more damage. He could also be sent in to absorb someone's electric attack to get the very good speed boost. Wild charge is there if you want to deal 20 more damage, but be hit by recoil.

    Sceptile, the best.

Electivire's and Magmortar's are some of the most unpredictable pokemons out there.

Their wide range of movepools makes them extremely difficult to predict.

Added to their offensive prowess they have motor drive and Flame body.

However, one must not ignore their DW ability Vital spirit.

    Nevertheless, Great analysis, Sceptileraikou :D

Vital spirit is kinda meh compared to a Speed Boost from a Electric attack
Also how do you make those Pictures :O
Devil is it possible for you to move all of my Analises to here?

Joe great work:D air balloon can be tricky sometimes indeed:)
His biggest strenght will indeed be Triples and Doubles, but Paired with Gyarados he can get alot of boosts and KO the attacking pokemon with his great Coverage.
